Schedule
The epic "places to go, things to see". Barcelona, Cannes, Mallorca, Ibiza, Corsica, La Spezia and Rome. Some of the best the world has to offer!!
A small sample below.....
Beach/Party
In Ibiza, you’ll conquer clubs both day and night. Immerse yourself in Ibiza’s dance culture, plus VIP access to sophisticated nightclubs with showstopping DJ lineups. Then, wake up (or stay up) to detox in a prime beach club for a day of sun and much-needed relaxation. Wander through the island’s hippie markets where you’ll find colorful woven goods hanging from stalls or head south to Formentera (Ibiza’s smaller sister island) to explore sparsely inhabited salt plains and sand dunes. Ibiza’s laid-back luxury lets you seek shelter from the partying or dance until dawn.
Glamorous
Famed for its annual star-studded international film festival, posh sunlounger-striped beaches, and massive yachts moored at the port, Cannes is one of the most glamorous cities in the French Riviera. A stroll down La Croisette, the town's long beach promenade, will lead you to numerous designer bars, couture stores, and fabulous hotels nestled in stunning old palaces. Make sure to have your camera ready at all times — not only is celeb-spotting a common pastime in Cannes, but the remarkable architecture and unparalleled natural beauty give the A-listers a run for their money.
History
See all of the sights that have become synonymous with Rome. Stand in the mist of the Trevi Fountain, walk across the Roman Forum, bear witness to the Colosseum, climb the Spanish Steps, tour Vatican City and step foot in St. Peter’s Basilica and feel your jaw drop as you lay your eyes on Michaelangelo’s Sistine Chapel. Walk the narrow alleyways and cobblestone streets on a mission to find the best pizza in the city, hold a condensating aperol spritz while listening to the welcomed cacophony of sounds of the city and peruse the litany of street vendors that help to make Rome the all-encompassing experience that it is.
No matter what you’ve imagined when you think of Rome, the expectations you’ve collected from a lifetime of movies, television shows and travel guides that feature this seemingly magical place – once you step foot here you’ll immediately understand what the hype is all about.
Virgin Voyages is No Kids - No Kidding!
Richard Branson launched Virgin Voyages to create an adults only cruise experience at sea — a place where adults, including moms and dads, could set out on the open ocean unanchored from all the responsibilities back at home. You know, like waking up at 5 am because both of your children had something extremely important to tell you (the twist? It wasn’t important).
What no one, including Richard, could see coming? The backlash from the kids. The sugar-induced uproar of the children who can’t come on board. And even the petitions (which Richard can tell you all about in his blog).
OUR LADY SHIPS
Awarded. Best. New. Cruise.
After Travel + Leisure’s award for being one of the Best Cruise Lines in 2022 and Condé Nast Traveller choosing us as one of the Best New Cruises in the World, we are absolutely humbled by the awards we’ve received from the critics; but we’re even more thrilled about all the incredible reviews from you, our Sailors. With the most 5-star reviews on Tripadvisor, you don’t need to take our word for it — we’ll let our Sailors do the talking.
Virgin Voyages | Scarlet Lady
Debuting in 2021, Scarlet Lady is the first of four Virgin Voyages cruise ships. Aimed at the 'adult by design' crowd so all sailors are over 18, Scarlet Lady was designed by people who have never cruised themselves, and who are therefore well placed to give first-time and previous non-cruisers the amenities and features to attract them. With her truly unique outline, colour scheme and deck plans, you’re sure to notice her in any Caribbean port - not to mention the iconic mermaid emblazoned on her bow in contrast to the flying lady of Virgin Atlantic airways.
